[Sosfbay-discuss] Climate Change

I have just ordered a series of 36 lectures on climate change from the Teaching Company. I would like to share them. I've decided to run three of the half hour lectures in one sitting, interspersed with discussion and food, one night per week for twelve weeks. Gerry has kindly offered to chip in and would like to do it on  Tuesdays, as a first choice. Tuesdays are good for me. too. If this sounds interesting to you, let me know. If a different day is better for you, let me know. I think this subject is too important to have only superficial knowledge of, and Teaching Company lectures are not painful (no tests). I'd love to cram my living room with curious people. When I receive the DVD's, I will post a list of lecture subjects and (maybe) dates. If some topics interest you more than others, you would be welcome to come to one, or a few, lectures, and you would not need to be there for the total time. I'm not charging anything, but if anyone felt like
 bringing food or making a donation to the Green Party, that would be nice.
