Agenda for the Green Party—Santa Clara County General Meeting
San Jose Peace Center				September 2, 2009


6:30 PM - Choice of chatting at Center w/ BYOB (brown bag) or dinner  
at a local eatery
		(drinks from picnic available for $donation to GP)

7:30 - General Meeting begins; Introductions and brief announcements

	Volunteers for Facilitator, Timekeeper, Notetaker, Vibes Watcher (2  
min)


Volunteers, etc., needed for "Tapestry Arts", Labor Day Weekend, Sept  
5, 6, 7. (Jim D; 5-7 min)


Report from the County Council meeting on August 16th    (Andrea: 5 min)
Meetings for 2009:  Sept 20th, October 19th, November 15th, dark in  
December.
Tabling contacts culled from the notebooks will be electronically set  
up by Valerie to begin with; 1) Merriam and 2) Tian will be in charge  
of those electronic lists; Caroline will be in charge of the hardcopy  
files.
Need to add new cty councilors (and 2 advisors) to [SClara-cc] chat  
list?
Letter to Honda - consensus at picnic w/ 5/7 cty councilors present
