[Sosfbay-discuss] Second request for Agenda item for Sept 2 GPSCC meeting

Hi Caroline,

I don't understand why this would be a County Council item instead of a general meeting item.  In the past, the general membership meeting has endorsed other resolutions.  However, I would be OK with saving it for the October general meeting given the lengthy agenda.
