County Supervisor Yeager has been confirmed as a member of the
ARB - Air Resources Board.  One part of his statement to the state
senate committee during confirmation hearings was

For example, the Bay Area Climate Collaborative, BACC,
a partnership of local government and business and industry groups
in the Bay Area, has a goal of training and placing 20,000 workers
in the green collar labor force by the end of 2013.
