Workers and environmentalists are asking why Tesla is planning to build
a "green" electric auto plant on a toxic dump site, in Downey,
California where hundreds of workers (notably at Downey Studios) have
been sickened.

Event takes place at 11:30 at the Tesla showroom at 300 El Camino (across from The Oasis).
