Still don't know who my Congressman is... yet.   However, I hope that 
Harmer spends all his money on lawyers and then still loses.  McNerney's 
opponent is on record (SF Chronicle) as wanting to "phase out" public 
schools.

Here’s what’s happening right now. There are still thousands of 
vote-by-mail and provisional ballots that need to be counted for the 
first time. As I’m writing to you, county registrars are preparing to tally.

Our opponent’s lawyers are already arguing to get ballots thrown out of 
the process.

other side doesn’t subvert the process.
