Hello, All:


       Thanks to Jim for insisting that the prose needed a more careful 
review.  My wife suggested some changes, incorporated in the attached.


       Deadline:  This evening.  Caroline said she plans to print what 
we have tomorrow morning and use that.  (The perfect is the enemy of the 
good.)


       If you have suggestions after this evening, we could likely use 
them with a later version.  This version mentions Dec. 7 and will seem a 
little dated after that.
