[GPSCC-chat] tabling at Foothill College next Wednesday

I have received email from one of the event's coordinators
that includes the folowing information

Dear Mr. Doyle,

For the parking, you will need a visitor parking permits, which cost
two dollars per day.

Since the day of the event is going to be the second week of the quarter,
the parking spots will easily get filled up. It usually takes 15 minutes 
to find a spot.

The cafeteria is located on top of the bookstore (the big X : )[a 
reference to a campus map] )

We usually hold our events outdoor. However, the weather forecast
suggests that there is a good chance for raining on next Wednesday, that's
why we moving indoor this time.

We would change the location to the library quad if the weather is nice.

For the booths, the dimension of the table is approximately 5’ by 1.5’,
chairs will be provided for the event.

Please let me know if you need more tables or if you need an outlet for 
the event.

The representatives from Democrats Party and Republican Party are going to
participate on our event.

We try focus on the local election this year.

Hopefully the free food is going to attract students to come to our event.

The local elections are for city council in Sunnyvale and Cupertino,
ballot measures in Sunnyvale and Palo Alto (and Cupertino, too?)
plus a school board in the Orchard School District in San Jose.
