List Moderator:  I forwarded a copy of the Alameda County  reports on 
ballot measures to the GPSCC general discussion list tonight and  received a held 
for moderator approval message -- probably due to size of  the document (17 
printed pages).  Please approve and post ASAP as this  information is 
applicable to our consideration of ballot measures tomorrow  evening.  Warner
