FYI,

I just received an email from someone who said he
saw an opinion piece on the CNN website in favor
of a carbon tax.  He provided this link:

The authors are Van Jones and Phaedra Ellis-Lamkins.

"A carbon tax is really that rarest of ideas, a
win-win-win solution that solves multiple problems
at once."  (climate change, federal debt, jobs)
