Dedicated students of the Affordable Care Act might be interested to know that Wikipedia has a pretty comprehensive article covering the Act at:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patient_Protection_and_Affordable_Care_Act#Provisions.  (Jean Embree may take exception to this approach).  
 
Have not even begun to read the article, but did notice under 'Effective by January 1st, 2017'  that Montana(!) is planning to apply for a waiver in order to institute a single payer plan.
