Re Spencer's 5-th item :

       5.  If Drew and John can negotiate a price like $150, the County 
Council will support that (with John's $100 pledge) -- provided we don't 
have to worry about our schwag and any table and canopy we provide 
disappearing overnight.

Generally, at events like this they do provide security.
For example,they provide security at Juneteenth and there isn't even 
a fence aroundthe grounds at Juneteenth.
We  have tabled at this site - Discovery Meadows - in the past
when they had the Fourth of July weekend festival there and
there was security.  That was also put on by Gary Walker.
