Hi everyone,

I got a response regarding the Cupertino Fall Festival. They don't have a Free Speech area, but they have non-profit booths for $50. They sent me the non-profit application form but it's too big for this list. If you want me to email a copy to you off-list please let me know.

Cupertino Fall Festival
September 21, 10 AM - 5 PM
http://www.cupertino.org/index.aspx?page=1088
Contact: Cupertino Parks& Recreation, parks at cupertino.org

Fees:

*  $50 for a 10' x 10' space without canopy, includes table and 2 chairs
*  $120 for a canopy, if needed
* $50 for an electricity drop, 120v/7.5A, if needed

Some important points are:

* On the application you must list everything you're going to display at the festival, and you may display only those items.
* No distribution of food items except for packaged candy.
* You're responsible for your own security, insurance and manpower.
* You're responsible for your own set up and clean up.
* Set up must be completed by 9:00 AM and take down may not start until after 5:00 PM.

My own schedule for that weekend is up in the air right now, and I'm not volunteering to organize everything. However, I might be able to volunteer for an early (ending by 2 PM) shift if we have a space.

Best wishes,
Valerie
