I received an email from Senator Bernie Sanders this
morning.  It's about the need to deal with climate
change and some info about the bill he introduced in
the Senate (cosponsored by Senator Barbara Boxer).

This pdf file is NOT the text of the bill.  It's an
outline of the contents.  Much easier to read.  I
assume it's a reasonably accurate outline, because I
think Sanders is pretty straightforward.  The actual
