Subj: Green Educator seeks San Jose  Host



I am an elected Alameda County Council member for the  Green Party. I am 
also an environmental educator. I am looking for someone who  lives near the 
campus of San Jose State University who will let me stay at  their place for 
a few nights in July. All I need is a place on the floor to  roll out my air 
mattress and sleeping bag; and access to a bathroom.  
I’ve been accepted into two teacher professional  development classes on 
the teaching of climate change. I live in Oakland and I  would love to avoid 
either a lot of round-trip driving or local San Jose hotel  costs. 
I already have a gracious host for my second class  at San Jose State (July 
15-19). All I  am lacking is a host for three nights for my first class, 
which runs from July  8-10. I am seeking a place to stay for Sunday, Monday 
and Tuesday nights (July  7-9). (If Sunday evening is an awkward time for me 
to arrive, I could also  drive to the class on Monday morning and only stay 
at your place for Monday  and Tuesday nights.)
