Well stated Brian.  We've given ourselves a pass on committing nondefensive "Wars of Aggression" which under international law and the Nuremberg Principles (used to prosecute Nazi war criminals after WWII) is a "Crime against Peace" and is MORE SERIOUS than run of the mill "War Crimes" or even "Genocide"!!!  Crimes against Peace aremost serious level of international crime!!!!  And under usurper to the presidency Bush and President Obama there is no discussion as to whether we (the Empire of Amerikkka or Ameripire or simply Ampire) should refrain from this most serious international crime.  I was happy to hear  David Cobb, Lawrence Lessig and the other speakers at the Rootstrikers Conference freely acknowledge that there is no fig leaf of democracy left in the United Corporations of Ampire
