FYI,

an article by Naomi Klein about how some environmental
organizations need to divest from fossil fuels.

Some points:
- the divestment movement is "on a serious roll",
   305 campuses, >100 cities and states,
   Canada, Australia, the Netherlands, Britain
- "serious pent-up demand"

- environmental orgs left out on the assumption that
   [they don't have money invested in fossil fuels]
- turns out the assumption is false in some cases
- some orgs that do NOT have endowments, don't invest
   in stock market:
   Greenpeace, 350.org, Friends of the Earth, Rainforest
   Action Network
- many green orgs DO have sizable investments, and
   probably have some money in fossil fuels
