Obama's 2014 budget proposal contains a proposal to put time limits and/or work requirements on section 8 housing vouchers for many more counties than currently are allowed to do this. See the link below:

As I said in my 2011 and 2012 Peacemovies.com booklets and on my web site we would be better off having voted our consciences in the last election (ie Green and Peace and Freedom Parties) and ending up with Romney and a bunch of Tea Party freaks in office instead of Obama. At least then the Democratic opposition would be out in force to prevent this type of cutting of the social safety net, just like what happened to Bush Jr's proposal to privatize Social Security.
