Here is the notice that they first sent to Mike Feinstein:

Foothill College is hosting a Political Awareness Day Wednesday
October 9th and we are inviting you to attend. The purpose of this
event is to educate our students about politics, and how to get
involved. This is your opportunity to reach out to students, to
inform them on political values and point of views on hot political
topics. The event will be held in foothills Campus Center Plaza and
will go on from 12-1pm. For conformation and further information
