Hey BayCAP team 350 BA Steering Committee, 350 SF, 350 SV and 350 Sonoma, 
I've been working behind the scenes with a member of the Air District's Advisory Council and Linda Rudolph of the Public Heath Institute to formulate climate program recommendations for the Advisory Council to send the the Air District Board (Bay Area Air Quality Management District, BAAQMD). The Advisory Council will discuss and hopefully approve the recommendations at their meeting next Wednesday in SF at 9:00. 
I won't have a final document to share until early next week, but I do know the recommendations align very closely with 350 Bay Area's BayCAP Resolution coming to the BAAQMD Climate Protection Committee on October 23. 
The Advisory Council member I'm working with has asked if someone from 350 Bay Area can attend the meeting and urge the Council to approve the recommendations during the public comment period. 
This is a hugely great invitation. Can any of you attend the Wed. meeting and speak in favor, representing your 350 group? For those who don't already know, I work at the Air District. I have to formally take time off from my job to do public participation. It would be much better for others to do this. 
Let me know if you can do it. I can help with talking points. They can be pretty simple. If you know a great 350 volunteer not on one of these lists, please pass the message along. 
Speakers on behalf of any of the three Bay Area  Sierra Club chapters or any other group also very appreciated.
