Jill Stein was the Green Party 2012 candidate forpresident of the United States.  She is a mother, physician, andpioneering environmental-health advocate who has been on the front lines ofbattles to stop tar sands oil, fracking and nuclear power, and to create 25million healthy, green jobs instead. She has worked to get big money out ofpolitics, to provide health care and education as human rights, to end studentdebt, home foreclosures, wars for oil, Wall Street bail outs, and tax giveawaysfor the wealthy. 
 
Jill now serves asPresident of the Green Shadow Cabinet, which watchdogs and debunks thecorporate-sponsored political establishment, and raises the bar for solutionsthat are available to us right now.
