Hi all,

Thank you to everyone for an awesome 350 SV Team meeting
last Tuesday!  We decided to have these team meetings once/quarter, a few
weeks before our quarterly General Meeting, so our next one will be mid
November.

Here are the notes:

1)  Team Updates:  Current and Planned Team Actions
Divestment Team – Working with Faith groups locally and on national level,
supporting Stanford Divestment efforts & Petition for Fossil Free
Investment

No Tar Sands – National Campaign, recent Chevron protest & Sept. 21st
Action

Carbon Price & Subsidies – Rep meetings, letter writing, AB 32
education & action, Letter signing, Partnering with CCL & other groups
on Carbon Policy

Outreach Team – Meetups, Tabling, Presentations, Website, blogs & email
groups

2)  Summary of results from survey at last General Meeting:
What is working:  Actions & Protests, Divestment and other
workshops
What to add?:  Press outreach, local action, outreach
Campaigns:  all got good scores, interest in Bay Area and state level
actions and creating partnership like with faith groups, schools,
etc.
Question possible campaign to add:  Fracking – YES if we have someone
to lead it.  Please let me know if you would like to work on this!  We
have a Bay Area lead, Kathy Dervin that can get anyone interested up to speed
and plugged in
Actions people want – on the ground, team meetings, outreach
Other ideas:  Speakers at meetings, corporate activism, opportunity to
meet others

3)  General meeting plan for 9/8
Agenda:
	* Picnic 45 min or so for picnicing and socializing
	* Icebreaker and intro of 350 SV
	* Speaker:  Keystone update and Fracking (5-10 min each)  Pierre & ?
	* Team Breakout with quick overview and Q&A on team, 2x so people can hear about 2 teams

We need someone to take the letter writing breakout and someone to do the

IMPORANT!  Please everyone reach out to your email lists, friends,
neighbors, etc to help us get people out to the meeting!!  Ideas on

concerned about climate & find out how to take action!
