I do not know about sticker stock.

If ready the stickers could be added to the packets by the
high school students who are helping out.

Transportation?  A relay team perhaps.

Could you get them to Caroline?  I do not know her schedule but
I would estimate that she would leave her place by 4 pm tomorrow.
