*Rubin v. Bowen* is the lawsuit to end Prop 14's unconstitutional "Top
Two primary" in California, which hurts all small parties, and takes
away voter choice. The next phase in this lawsuit is the appeals court
hearing this Thursday morning. Please attend if you can, as a show of
support.

Our appeal of the trial court ruling will be heard in the *1st District
Court of Appeals* on*Thursday, January 15* at *9:00am*. The address is
*350 McAllister *Street in*San Francisco*, near the Civic Center BART
Station.
