So... We have talked about trying to do local organizing in  preparations 
for the June US Social Forum and GPCA meeting.
Below is a start draft of an email message to be sent to email  addresses 
of GPSCC registered voters who have listed email numbers in the GPSCC  
registered voters data base. "Someone" is going to have to sort those out to  
create an email list and to also take responsibility for updating information  
when we find out the information is no longer current (like updating street  
address and telephone numbers information).  Warner

Hello! You are receiving this email from the  Green Party of Santa Clara 
County because you provided email information when  you registered as a member 
of the Green Party of California.  We are  sending you this message because 
local Green Party activists want to let you  know about some upcoming 
events and ask if you would be interested in helping  with those activities. 
The GPSCC holds a monthly business meeting  on the fourth Thursday of each 
month at the San Jose Peace and Justece Center,  xx South Seventh Street, 
San Jose, CA.  The  meetings start at 7:30 pm, although sometimes we have a 
guest speaker at 7:00  pm. 
At this time we are preparing to have a  literature table at Earth Day 
events at San Jose State University on April xx,  2015, and at Santa Clara 
University on April xx, 2015.   
If you would like to help distribute literature and talk  to people about 
Green Party issues, contact xxxx at xxxx or xxxx at xxxx – or  just visit us 
at our table to meet and talk to local Green Party  activists. 
We also are involved with helping to plan  for a meeting of the U. S. 
Social Forum at San Jose State University June 24-27,  2015.  For more

who would be willing to host out-of-town participants of  this gathering of 
activists from many progressive organizations.  We also  are looking for 
local hosts who can provide sleeping places for Green Party  members who will 
be traveling from around California for the USSF and for a  state party 
meeting that will be held that same week.  If you  can offer accommodations (and

Otherwise, we would be interested in hearing from you  about why you 
decided to register as a Green Party voter and what kinds of  issues and 
activities are part of your passions and visions.
