   * Mr. Bonifaz is an experienced public interest litigator and
     advocate.  He is a recipient of a MacArthur Foundation Fellowship.
   * Mr. Cobb is a lawyer, political activist, and former political
     candidate.He is a Principal of the Program on Corporations, Law and
     Democracy.
   * Professor Joo specializes in Corporations Law and serves on the
     Legal Advisory Board to Free Speech for People.
   * Professor Winkler specializes in Constitutional Law.  He is
     currently writing a book on constitutional rights for corporations,
     and has spoken on that topic.
   * Professor Yosifon teaches Business Law and related subjects and has
     published regarding corporate governance and social responsibility.
