[GPSCC-chat] Santa Clara Valley Water District and the Jerry Brown Tunnels

The meeting is going to be noticed with the agenda at the last legal minute
by SLDMWA -- if they choose to hold it at SCVWD, that is their choice --
but Board meetings and workshops are public meetings so we have to be
admitted.
