Meeting Minutes of March 24, 2016
Convened at 7:35 pm

Attending:  Debbie, Drew, Warner, Sandy, Brian, Jim

Treasurer's report:  Incoming and outgoing treasurers
have set a time to complete the transfer of duty and materials.

Proposal to make a fair offer to Lucia: after some discussion - tabled.
but
Drew, Debbie, and Sandy tasked with preparing a written proposal.

Delegates to State Party General Assembly in May:  tabled.

County Council Candidates:  The Registrar of Voters has certified
two candidates: Sandy and Caroline.

Discuss List email problems persist: 
    Jim and Brian to compare notes and report back.

Discuss List:  Sandy to call Tian to reinstate Brian.

Web Page Issues:  tabled, Drew had to leave early.

Proposal:  Prepare a telephone script and a survey
    questionnaire for high school students who are doing
    community service work   Warner's longer term task.

Donkey-Elephant flyer:  Brian authorised to select a sunflower
    logo for the reverse side after which he will print 500.
    Sandy to send samples of Jill Stein literature to Brian.
    Quantity to print not settled.
