This is urgent because it says that Obama can
make an important difference by settling the
lawsuit before the end of his term (52 days
from now).  And it can't be undone by Trump.

The lawsuit is one you probably have already
heard about, where about a dozen young people
are suing the federal government for not
protecting them from climate disruption.

I learned about this from an email sent by
