Here's my two cents on GPCA strategy planning...


It's misnamed. We actually need to first agree on a set of goals and then
develop strategies to attain them.

For everyone who wants to offer a goal, we should also ask for a brief,
summarized strategy to achieve that goal.

When developing full strategies, milestones must be defined, obstacles 
identified, and resources planned.


              --- GOALS ---

Where should the GP be in five years? What can we *realistically* accomplish
in five years?

Here are some categories that most suggestions seem to fall into:


Electoral

    Partisan and non-partisan candidates

    Campaigns and ballot proposition

    Election reforms

Party Growth

    Voter registration

    Developing Locals

    Fundraising

    Internal structure and process
