[GP-Eldorado-n] December GPCA Plenary in Davis

Greetings Central Greens!

The next GPCA Plenary is rapidly approaching and it's time to 
pull out all of the stops in our planning phase.  This plenary
is scheduled to take place December 9th-11th on the beautiful 
UC Davis campus in the heart of the Central Region. 

As some of you may recall, the Yolo Greens and our region made
a joint offer to host a plenary at UC Davis last September.  
At that time, the Coordinating Committee decided to hold a 
Green Gathering in Oakland instead and to give us the next 
plenary in December.  Now, it's our turn to shine.

A host committee has already taken shape here in Yolo but we 
still need additional help from others in the region.  Most
of all we're going to need help with staffing during the 
weekend events. 

Please contact Wilson Shealy at wtshealy at greens.org or 530-
758-0844 if you can lend us a hand during the plenary or
would like to help with the preparations.  Together, we can 
make this the most enjoyable and smoothest-running General 
Assembly meeting in recent memory.
