I have been made aware of some disturbing provisions of measure 86:

no limit on charges for uninsured patients
hospitals receive an exemption to anti-trust laws
conflict with prop 98 resolved by writing an exemption into the state 
constitution

as pointed out by opponents of the proposition
and when I read the text of the sections of the measure their arguments
refer to, their arguments hold up
