More like one of the three fleet admirals walks on deck to help the
Captain deal with a mutinous (almost entirely otherwise inactive) crew
member (Roy) who is trying to stir up shit nd spreading them among the
crew about #1 complaining about the Captain's rules and #2 by making up
lies about a non-Crew member supposedly wronged by the Admiral a
