Jim Doyle's proposed bylaw update to include virtual presence at Council
meetings:

I propose that we amend bylaws section 2.3.1 d) which currently reads
d) Fails to attend at least three out of five consecutive County Council
meetings.

whereby meetings
and meeting attendance is understood to
include alternative forms of conferencing -
be it per teleconference, web conference, or
other means of live participation in Council
meetings is also considered a legitimate form
of meeting attendance.
