who requested time at our next GPSCC meeting to report on his  
organizations efforts to move towards use of IRV in Santa Clara County elections  and in 
the City of San Jose (would require the City Council to approve a vote on  
a Charter Amendment).  I suggested a 10 minute presentation with 5 minutes  
for Q&A at the beginning of the meeting, and he was agreeable to that.  
 
Someone on the County Council let me know i I can contact him  back to 
confirm this will be part of our next meeting agenda.
