I LOVE Fred's idea!  A place for everyone who wants to plant a small  
garden!   YES, YES, YES!!!

AND how much better would it be to have all these corners and fronts  
to businesses now given over to lawns to be gardened by suburban  
farmers!!  Do you think businesses that only greenwash might feel  
they have to do this for good publicity?
