Has anybody ever made a pipe bomb out of a bike and used it to kill
somebody?

Never heard of a bike being a lethal weapon -- are they not concerned
that cars are hollow, have large trunks, ubiquitous, and parked casually?

I seem to recall many vehicle bombs being used to kill thousands.

But a bike bomb? That's a new one to me.

A few years ago the Amtrak police, in cooperation with Palo Alto and Menlo Park police, went on a bolt-cutter rampage impounding stray bikes in a region extending several blocks from the railroad tracks.
