  Once again, CA water policy is going to be determined behind closed doors.

I, for one, do not believe that any governmental body nor any
non-governmental organization can determine what beneficial use is in
the interest of the people and the general welfare without asking us.

There are two interlocked issues which will determine what our future is
like, or even if we have a future.  One is climate change and the other
is water.  You can be assured that I will make my opposition public via
both my blog (cagreening.blogspot.com) and my local paper.

With so much at stake, such closed door meetings threaten us all.  Bring
it out in the open if you have nothing to hide.
