It is my impression that Sanda voted for the Managing Director
contract with Marnie Glickman, as drafted by Marnie.  
That was troubling, but it wasn't a show stopper for me.

But the CC completely ignored the alternative contract wording
offered (through the more appropriate venue of the Finance
Committee) by Bert Heurer, which corrected the worst
flaws in the contract that was chosen.  *That* is
a show stopper for me.  Sorry, Sanda, you could have
listened.

We're only being offered one candidate I'd actually
want on the CC.  It's plausible that all the
candidates will be seated anyway.  The action which best
expresses my sentiment is a boycott.
