I won't be able to attend the meeting, but I would like to comment on 
two agenda items.

8:20-8:40 Report on Luis Rodriguez campaign for governor and any local 
actions we should take.

I am talking with the Rodriquez campaign org about working with them to 
help frame their positions on ecological issues: fracking, water, 
agriculture, etc. That is where I believe I can be most useful.


9:00-9:10 Discussion and decisions as needed around issues connected 
with the GPSCC facebook page.

I think that we need to take personal feelings about facebook, 
zuckerberg, NSA etc. out of the discussion.  The real question is "Who 
are you trying to reach?"  Then, think about whether or not they are on 
faceook. If they are, we should be there also.
