Dear Clean Money/DISCLOSE Act supporter,
 
I hope you can join us this Saturday, February 9, from 4-6pm, for a talk 
by former Senator Russ Feingold entitled "The Citizens United Decision 
and the Role of Corporate Money in the American Political Process."  
After Senator Feingold speaks, California Clean Money Campaign President 
Trent Lange will talk briefly about SB 52, the California DISCLOSE Act, 
and State Senator Jerry Hill, SB 52 author, will speak in support.  
(Then I will ask for volunteer and March 9 kickoff attendee signups on 
"I Support" forms.)  Flyer attached.
 
Congregation Beth Am is sponsoring this event which is free (not even a 
fundraising pitch!) and open to the public.  Please join us to warmly 
welcome Senator Feingold, an engaging speaker who, in addition to 
authoring the McCain-Feingold Act to address the issue of money in 
politics, served on Senate Committees on Intelligence, Foreign 
Relations, Budget and Judiciary.
