The author, McDonald Stainsby, mstainsby @resist.ca,
points out the end run around the delivery of canadian
tar sands oil (bitumen) by other routes and means that
is taking place as well as his complaint that the larger
NGOs are in the pockets of their funders who keep
fracking on track while battling only against the
Keystone XL pipeline.
