Hello, All:


       Mike Feinstein reported that 10 Greens won elections yesterday in 
local elections someplace in California.  See
http://www.cagreens.org/elections/2014-spring for more information.  I 
don't know if any Greens will appear on the November ballot.  I know 
that some who won yesterday were unopposed.  At least one other came in 
second for one seat;  I don't know if that person will appear on the 
November ballot or if that race was decided, e.g, because the leader got 
over 50% of the votes.

California Green Dan Hamburg was re-elected to the Mendocino County 
Board of Supervisors, in June 3 elections.

Five California Greens ran for statewide office, receiving approximately 
570,000 votes between them, with approximately 98% of the precincts 
reporting.

Five others ran for state legislature and Congress, while two ran for 
county supervisor, including Hamburg.

Overall in spring 2014 elections, Greens won ten races out of 29 
candidates running.
