It's been "On Order" for quite a while (4 to 6 weeks) at
the Palo Alto Library.  There are 20 holds, mine is #3.
I gave up waiting and bought it yesterday at Kepler's
for $30.  I am now up to page 66.  It's very good so far.

Tonight I was at a showing of "Surviving Progress".
Someone there said "This Changes Everything" is a must read.

Kepler's says it is selling well.  They already ran out and
had to reorder it once.
