	  Who is planning on attending the Plenary this weekend?  And who wants to rid with Caroline?  Re. the latter, please contact her directly;  “sosfbay-discuss” is malfunctioning again.  


TIAN & JIM:  What do you suggest we do to diagnose & fix the problems with sosfbay-discuss?
